A Star-Studded Property Reveals a New Unit
The elegant property offers a contemporary response to the surrounding 19th-century brownstones with white wide-plank oak flooring, marble slabs, and handcrafted stonework throughout.
Developer Edward J. Minskoff has imbued the building with his artistic sensibility, installing Corks, a monumental 10-foot bronze by Jeff Koons, in the lobby.
The residences include a duplex penthouse, four three-bedroom homes, and two 5,000-plus square-foot townhouses, one of which has already been purchased by Jennifer Lawrence.
A One-of-a-Kind Home Rises in Ontario
Toronto architecture firm Partisans has reinvented the poolhouse with a two-story structure mimicking the rolling landscape of Hamilton, Ontario.
Fold House appears as though it’s floating, thanks to its cantilevered lobby and a disguised 90-foot steel structural beam. The undulating effect was achieved using compression-bent wood, employing a technique typically used on furniture and musical instruments, and rarely at this scale.
After a fire in the original guesthouse forced his family to evacuate mid-meal, owner Scott Friedmann turned to Partisans to reenvision the space.
With the curvature extending to the ceiling, walls, millwork, and even the furniture, guests feel “sheltered, at ease, and a part of the landscape that changes around you perpetually,” Partisans architects Pooya Baktash and Alex Josephson told Dwell.

A Breathtaking Beachfront Property Is Up for Grabs
One of the most expensive listings in the U.S. right now isn’t in Manhattan—it’s in the jet-set getaway of the Hamptons.
Former advertising exec Marcia Riklis is listing Mylestone, her double-waterfront property on Southampton’s prestigious Meadow Lane, for a breathtaking $175 million.
The estate bridges eight acres between the Atlantic Ocean and Shinnecock Bay and, in addition to an 11-bedroom Tudor-style mansion, the lofty price tag includes a heated gunite pool, basketball and tennis courts, a caretaker’s cottage, and, of course, a private boardwalk to the ocean.
“When you have a piece of real estate that is truly one of a kind in a market that doesn’t necessarily use quantifiable metrics, a sense of value is really what someone is willing to pay based on pedigree and scarcity,” Bespoke Real Estate’s Joseph DeSane told Mansion Global.
